Eurema Hecabe

Species of the Eurema genus are usually hard to differentiate. An easy one to set apart is Eurema blanda as it is the only one in the genus with 3 cell spots on the underside of its forewings. Meanwhile, Eurema hecabe has 2 cell spots, like some other related species.

– host plants: Fabaceae (Albizia, Cassia, Pithecellobium, Senna, Sesbania), Apocynaceae (Alstonia)
